Glenmont MetroCentre is a 31-acre multi-use complex located at the intersection of Glenallen Avenue and Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. The neighborhood includes 225 townhomes, 1,325 apartments, 90,000 square feet of retail, and 5,000 square feet of open play areas. The four-story townhomes range form 1,830 square feet to 2,309 square feet and feature private garages and rooftop terraces. The apartment buildings will each have between 5-7 floors and will include first floor retail. Due to it's close proximity to the Glenmont Metro Station, the neighborhood is pedestrian-focused with rear-facing garages and pedestrian-friendly streets.
