Century Technology Park is a 51.8-acre mixed use project located near the interchange of I-270 and Father Hurley Boulevard in Germantown, MD. This suburban redevelopment features 352,420 sf office space, a hotel and 477 residences: multi-family apartments and one-family homes. Building heights vary between 40-145 feet. The site will offer walkable access to CCT rail service in the future. The public art sculpture, "Ascent," references the site's use from 1955-1990 by Fairchild Industries for aircraft engineering, with its airstrip named Turbo-Porter field.
