Top Golf is a highly visible commercial entertainment center sited on approximately 12-acres located within the Germantown Town Center Core District. The Core District features Black Rock Center for the Arts, Germantown Urban Park and many restaurants and hotels within walking distance of each other. The 3-story facility comprises a golf driving range with open frame hitting bays, and an enclosed restaurant and bar with multiple interior gathering spaces. The driving range, extends 600 feet north from the back side of the building. Primary public open space is set at the building's entrance and offers an extension of indoor uses as restaurant seating as well as an accessable lawn area that is Public Open Space.
