Bradford's Landing
Developer: Brookfield Washington, LLC.
Bradford's Landing is a residential development of 244 one-family homes comprised of townhouses and detached one-family homes. Located in Olney, north of Leisure World, between Norbeck Road and the Intercounty Connector, the subdivision adjoins its companion, Greenbriar at Norbeck Crossing. The 28.74-acre site, upon completion of its three phases, will provide 4.69 acres of forest, including natural areas that support a network of surface trails with direct connection to East Norbeck Local Park. Other amenities include playgrounds, grass lawns and sitting areas. Amenities shared with Greenbriar include a dog park, picnic pavilion, running track and exercise stations. Planned improvements to Norbeck Road detail a 10-foot-wide shared use path.
